So Much information

Hi I have just registered. I have been making silver and beaded jewellery as a hobby for 2-3 years and now have so much that I need to sell it to be able to afford to carry on. I like experimenting with silver wire and beads and spend all my free time when not working or childcaring doing this. I have been looking on the net for ideas about pricing and selling and came across this site whilst looking for local smallish craft fairs. I can see this is going to be a vey helpful forum to belong to. I don't have any friends that have the same hobby so it will be great to be able to find stuff out and discuss. I have many friends that make and sell jewellery, they hold jewellery parties,
do craft fairs, ask gift shops to stock their jewellery, sell on market stalls, sell on Ebay. The best time to sell is spring, when the weather warms up and coats come off and the run up to Christmas. I have a retail shop and have found jewellery repairs and restringing to be popular, you could try this idea as there is lots of broken jewellery sadly not being worn.
